About Jane Fertility

Jane Fertility was founded by an experienced fertility nurse who observed first-hand the limitations traditional clinic hours can have on providing comprehensive patient care to IVF patients. We recognized a need for in-home injections for patients going through the IVF process who were uncomfortable with the prospect of giving themselves shots or having an untrained professional person step in to assist. Jane Fertility was conceived with the mission to make the IVF process safer and more convenient for patients and partners going through fertility treatment.

Meet Our Founder: Erin Krim Gordon

Erin Gordon is an experienced family nurse practitioner who has dedicated her career to the field of women’s health. After her first nursing job as a labor and delivery nurse, she moved on to serve as a fertility nurse coordinator at a highly regarded Houston fertility clinic. It was in that role that Erin found her passion in fertility nursing and helping women through their unique journeys to mother hood. Frustrated with the limitations that clinic hours placed on providing complete care to her patients, Erin knew that her calling went beyond her role as an IVF coordinator and thus Jane was born. Erin loves to spend her free time with her husband and two kids. Exploring the various cuisines that Houston has to offer or enjoying a pretty day at the park with her family are among Erin’s favorite hobbies. Erin also continues her work as a Family Nurse Practitioner in the field of women’s health, where she strives to provide efficacious, evidence based and holistic care to women.
